  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Add pork chops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Remove the pork chops and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and thyme, and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in butter until melted, then return the pork chops to the skillet.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, basting with the garlic butter.
  8. Serve hot.
