- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Once the butter is bubbling, add the steaks to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the steaks and set aside.
