- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then place them on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for about 20 minutes.
- While the potatoes are roasting, cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add the steak. Sear for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add the garlic and rosemary, then cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from heat and add the remaining butter, stirring until melted.
- Serve the steak bites with the roasted potatoes and drizzle any remaining garlic butter on top.
