  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Grease a baking pan and spread the dough into the pan.
  7. Use your fingers to dimple the dough and sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan, and rosemary.
  8. Let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
