- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
- To make the tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Serve the meatballs with the tzatziki sauce on the side.
