1 pound ground turkey
1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
Place the meatloaf on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For added flavor, you can glaze the meatloaf with marinara sauce during the last 15 minutes of baking.
