  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
  4. Place the meatloaf on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
