Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups

Delicious and low-carb, these Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups are packed with flavor and make for a perfect meal or snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Lay the turkey bacon flat and spread the cheese mixture evenly on top.
  6. Add the sautéed peppers and onions on top of the cheese mixture.
  7. Roll up the turkey bacon tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

  • For added flavor, consider adding some sliced jalapeños.
