- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Lay the turkey bacon flat and spread the cheese mixture evenly on top.
- Add the sautéed peppers and onions on top of the cheese mixture.
- Roll up the turkey bacon tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
