- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- zest of 1 lemon
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cold butter and mix until the texture resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, egg, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
