  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into large leaves and steam them until soft.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place a generous amount of the turkey mixture onto each cabbage leaf and wrap tightly.
  5. Arrange the wrapped cabbage burgers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
