  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup shredded turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchinis and then squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini with turkey bacon, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
  4. Drop heaping tablespoons of the zucchini mixture into the skillet and flatten them slightly.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes
