- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup shredded turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Grate the zucchinis and then squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini with turkey bacon, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
