  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the cabbage by removing the core and carefully separating the leaves.
  3. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, cooked turkey bacon (chopped), egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Take a cabbage leaf and place a portion of the turkey mixture in the center. Fold the sides over the filling and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Repeat with remaining leaves and mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
