1 head cabbage
1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon
1 egg
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the cabbage by removing the core and carefully separating the leaves.
In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, cooked turkey bacon (chopped), egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Take a cabbage leaf and place a portion of the turkey mixture in the center. Fold the sides over the filling and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
Repeat with remaining leaves and mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve warm and enjoy!
