Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
