  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, honey, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Place the flank steak in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the meat is well coated.
