  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add marshmallow cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
