Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread

A delicious recipe for Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread topped with juicy chicken and crispy turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, parsley, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  4. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more vegetables if desired.
