These mouthwatering stuffed mushrooms are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that features turkey bacon and other tasty ingredients.

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped turkey bacon, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add some red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
