  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, protein powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until well combined. You may need to use your hands to ensure it’s thoroughly mixed.
  3. Add chocolate chips and fold them into the mixture.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  5. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
