- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
