  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the bread, chicken ham, crumbled turkey bacon, and cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  6. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  7. The next morning, bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden.
