  • 300 grams mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and half of the mozzarella.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, topping with the remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
