- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread pizza sauce on one side of each tortilla.
- Layer mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on half of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas over to create a half-moon shape.
- Brush the outside of each tortilla with olive oil.
- Cook in the skillet until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
