  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until fully combined. Then stir in sour cream.
  5. Pour the mixture over the pretzel crust and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Allow to cool.
