  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil until well blended.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped walnuts if desired.
