- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
