- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, almond butter, and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Add in the rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until fully incorporated.
