  • 1 pound steak, cut into strips
  • 1 cup queso cheese
  • 2 ears of corn, grilled and cut off the cob
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Grill the steak strips until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
  2. Add queso cheese to the steak and let it melt.
  3. Warm the tortillas on the grill for a couple of minutes.
