  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flours, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and olive oil.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in turkey bacon and chives.
  5. Divide the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
