  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and oil until well combined.
  3. Stir in the eggs until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
