  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, green onions, breadcrumbs, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and melted butter.
  2. Mix gently until well combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, about 1 inch thick.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice to the crab mixture before forming the patties.
