Simple Starbucks Pumpkin Scones

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. In another bowl, combine the pumpkin, egg, and vanilla.
