- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 zucchini
- 1 yellow squash
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
