Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Potatoes

  • 4 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Season the beef bites with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the beef to the skillet and sear on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the beef to a slow cooker and add the potatoes, beef broth, and thyme.
