S’mores Cookie Cups

Discover the irresistible combination of graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow in these delightful S’mores Cookie Cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Press the mixture into a muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and press chocolate chips into the center of each cup.
  6. Add mini marshmallows on top and return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are toasted.
  7. Let cool before removing from the tin and serving.

Notes

  • For extra chocolatey flavor, use chocolate chunks instead of chips.
  • These cookie cups are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for later.
