- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Press the mixture into a muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and press chocolate chips into the center of each cup.
- Add mini marshmallows on top and return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are toasted.
- Let cool before removing from the tin and serving.
Notes
- For extra chocolatey flavor, use chocolate chunks instead of chips.
- These cookie cups are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for later.
