  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Mix rice vinegar and sriracha into the cooked rice.
  3. Sauté shrimp in a pan until fully cooked.
  4. Begin layering with sushi rice in a mold, followed by shrimp, avocado, and cucumber.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Carefully remove the mold and garnish with green onions.
  7. Slice and serve with soy sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in sriracha for 30 minutes before cooking.
