  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
  4. In a serving dish, layer half of the pudding mixture, followed by half of the sliced bananas and strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining pudding mixture on top.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter, and sprinkle over the top of the pudding.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the pudding mixture.
  • Use ripe bananas for a sweeter taste.
