A delicious and crispy side dish made with sweet potatoes, Parmesan cheese, and turkey bacon.

  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add sweet potatoes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  8. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can soak the sweet potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
  • Feel free to add your favorite spices or herbs.
