- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add sweet potatoes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
