Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and poke holes in the potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. Once cooked, let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut each potato in half and scoop out the insides into a mixing bowl.
